Such a crying shame. I am a huge fan of GoT. Those of us that are fans of LotR's would love to see an authentic, epic mmo to sink our time into. These mobile games are so meh.

I find it such an absolute crying shame that they still hold onto this relic. I want an updated LOTRO. We are not 2004, we are almost 2018. It's time to end it, and either redo, or give the rights to a better developer.

I still think that above even all of the recommendations up above. I would like to see Blizzard take a huge leap into the survival mmo market. Perhaps up the ante to 1000 players per server, and then allow for people to run their own servers as well…

Honestly, what needs to happen is they just need to keep it open long enough for a newer revised version, one with perhaps the UR4 engine, and make it more PvP based.
