SOE has proven themselves incompetent in many ways but to be honest I am quite shocked that their incompetence extends to not storing credit card details securely.

Interesting game but their reason for not using an existing graphics engine is poor, they could have done the same with the open soure unreal 3 engine.

Never had so many problems with one company (SOE) especially when it comes to EQ2X - they are verging on complete incompetence when it comes to EQ2X IMHO. Servers down for 24h or more on a weekly basis.

SOE will probably shaft people at some point to require you to spend more. I have to recommend gold subscription. Its $15/month and you're not going to play EQ2 for 12 months of the year.
