We're on Volmar. However, I'd have to say activity is light during the day (except for weekends). Most people in the guild are at work during the day. We do have a few that are still in school/works shifts, but not too many.

One important change to note: after much discussion we've decided to roll on a Core server rather than open. The way the chicken mechanic operates currently just plain blows in our opinion.
