Thats really pathetic of them... $200 lost in their shitty system... Blizzard dropped the ball when they allowed PVE - PVP transfers that was the start of their greed and pisses me off to this day that they said they would NEVER allow such features.

Runescape Classic is not open at all they locked in back in 2004-2005 so that new characters couldnt be created which resulted in the downfall of the game.
