Not surprised that everyone looks alike in the first few levels, since dyes aren't unlocked until Lv. 15 and everyone's getting their gear from the same first few quests.

I honestly haven't experienced any of this. I've been on overflow servers as well, but I actually had people congratulating each other on WvW victories, doing trade and excitedly talking about the game. Was a little bitching during day 1 but people …

Things are actually pretty smooth. Day 1 had real issues, Day 2 was a little wonky sometimes, Day 3 is so far smooth as butter. There was an update and they seem to have fixed the issues.
