The node war changes you described in the text, are from a few months ago. This has nothing to do with the current patch. I dont know how you got that info, but this is just lazy and cheap journalism.

A very bad, buggy system that Koreans didn't like is being brought here.
I have no idea what they are doing to this game, I quit 3 months ago after the PVP changes along with ~70 other people from my top 3 guild in EU.
The…
The PVP Channel is just for the fun of open world PvP without any disadvantages like the karma system. So, if you want some quick fights you can just change into this channel and go ham. I really like that. It doesnt disturb our fellow carebare life…
WTF is wrong with those animations? Somehow they look far too fast (running), or completely broken (jumping) Edit: Never mind, was the first part was just at 200% speed or what?
*sigh* So this self-running cutscene/game without any challenges for their players still gets 8.5? I cant really grasp why so many people seem to be ok with the road this game has taken.

This game was such a complete ripoff of MTG that they got sued and settled with WotC.
The thing is - it's still MTG basically, and MTG remains a much better game in the end.
So my question remains - why would anyone play this in…
Well, thats what i call a nice and constructive thread/discussion. Are your click numbers really that low mmorpg, that you have to start such b...sh..?
Finally, after about 12 hours of gaming, I think it clicked. Im getting used to my sorceress and getting nice skills. Combat feels very good and quick now.
I'm now getting behind most of the other things like trading, nodes, communication, crafting …
Hmmm. Can't help myself but every single trailer looks incredibly cheap and most of the non-cgi figures look awkwardly displaced in the otherwise beautiful cgi landscape.
Oh Duncan Jones, I hope you know what you are doing. Great director, love his movies "Moon" and "Source Code". But this warcraft movie looks poor in every trailer i have seen. Hope this is not the end of a very promising young directors career.
I can understand that. The guy definitely was good, because some dungeons and raids are fine in wildstar. Unfortunately carbins seems absolutely incompetent in other departments. Give them some more months and its gone.
Game gets the rightful stick at every other page out there (collecting mediocre 5-6/10 scores), but MMORPG.com always seems to be a little bit more forgiving about average games
Numbers dont look too bad for NCSoft.
B&S will surely rise again in Q12016 with the release in EU/NA. GW2 seems a bit underwhelming for a big expansion start although it doubled.
And WS remains just a grain of dust in this whole company. That…

So it's pretty, action packed, and more shallow than a kiddy pool - or pretty much the exact same thing as just about every MMO released in the last 5 years.
Played Hex a few months ago, when they had the frostring arena. It was a nice PvE start but nothing too special. But reading about the progress they made on this, I'll check it out again. The game itself is fine and absolutely worth a try.
