the game is really awesome. its an mmorpg while pvp fights usually remind of moba games like hots, lol and dota. of course there is no moba with wasd movement, which would make no sense at all anyway. some people just don't understand basic game mec…
albion online is already more polished than most mmorpgs were when they released. they were doing alpha tests for 2 years now. i don't think you will be disappointed.
they sell founder packs so they can finance development, because they are an indi…
more than enough hype for albion. idk what you guys are talking about, all major pvp guilds already stated they will play. for all the people who don't want to support game development or simply don't have money, you can play for free when the game …

With the massively popular and widely played games like LoL and Diablo it's pretty clear that not having wasd hardly makes a dent in the popularity of your game, and that there are other much more important factors that will be more…
i guess some people just see what they want to see. really, noone forces you to play a game that actually has consequences when you die, some people just prefer it, because it makes playing more thrilling. but if you don't enjoy that, you are really…

But a lot of the mechanics that WoW uses aren't broken or bad. Therefore removing them completely would be stupid. The biggest flaw, to myself and many others, was the tab targeting system. As others have mentioned literally sta…

Hello All,
I don't think you should say that much bad things on the game.
"WoW like" is just a useless expression, and WoW was a big success cause of 3 things :
- Warcraft 3 was a success before
- WoW has almost no other MMO con…
Trammel was indeed a revelation of some kind: it revealed that game companies rather make a quick buck by catering to the casual masses, than stick with their vision of a great game. Trammel essentially provided a "pvp-off" switch for everyone, whic…

Black Desert is bad because it's the 10000th WOW-Clone.
Again a post with no meaning. Why is it a WoW clone? Combat is not the same. Classes are not trinity like in WoW. Graphics and art are not …

Sandbox games simply don't appeal to the masses.
They do. What doesn't appeal to the masses is OWPvP. To many sandbox fans that's how you ruin a good sanbox game.
OWPvP is an integral part…
Sandbox games simply don't appeal to the masses. That doesn't mean they are failing. Btw. Archeage is not a sandbox game, its a WOW-Clone. Darkfall was a sandbox game, and it succeeded in beeing one of the best games ever created. Some people might …
yeah, every game suffers from casuals demanding more casual game systems. trammel really made uo basically into a pve game. in albion online, gladly, there is no safe zones in the high end areas, only in the newbie area, which won't matter anyway.
i don't understand why all the people who love the casual game systems of world of warcraft so much don't stick to it or one of its many clones, instead they try to dull down games that have more exiting risk/reward game systems.
its surely the closest thing to UO you are getting these days. hell, its the only sandbox mmorpg that is releasing in the next 12 months. there is absolutely no competition, so this game will be filled by tons of players that are still waiting 2 to …
let me add, gloria victis at least has a basic world already to show, tho its still lacking major game mechanics. still it seems to be at least a year or 2 ahead of crowfall and camelot unchained. if you are lucky, in 1 year those 2 games will be in…
pvp mmorpgs that aren't following the cookie-cutter route (wow) might not be your cup of tea, but what's the point in spreading lies about games you don't like?
