Don't be terrorized! You're more likely to die of a car accident, drowning, fire, or murder! More people die every year from prescription drugs than terrorism LOL!
I will never protest anything, don't want to be on an FBI watch list (though I probably already am because of my posting on the internet-> Not at this site, other sites with other handels).

Always good to have a drink after you hear/say something that makes sense. Drinking brings equalibrium so you don't make too much sense.

How do you think our troops feel seeing anti war protests? I was in the military during nam and anti war protests really affected our moral. Dont say it doesnt either. They are fighting for a cause and people are protesting agianst it?? DUH!!! How would you feel?!!!!!!!!
But i guess sending our troops over to a pointless war is really great support too. letting them die day by day for personal vendettas really says "i support you fully." Quit being a troll too

Protesting the war is not supporting our troops.
I'll protest every war until the day I die, unless it is completely necessary(WWII). I'm against all wars because I don't think people really need to kill each other.
Oh, and how do you think being lied to over and over again about what you are fighting for is affecting their morale?
Sorry if this subject offends you, I was just curious. This is not a troll post. There are only two sides.
Against us or for us.THATS IT
The war is not pointless. In your mind it is, but in the mind of all the relatives that lost their loved ones in the twin towers, it isnt. It is a proven fact that Iraq harbored terrorrists and that Sadaam was a tyrant killing thousands on a regular basis. Pointless?
I think its time someones head needs to be extracted from that hole its in, it sure isnt mine.

Actually, I am thinking about another one. LOL
There was a thread in here some while ago where they showed a picture of an Ultraviolet Tatoo.
When the bloke went into blacklight at the disco, you could see his bones. I might get one of those.
On-topic, I'm all up for the Iraq War but the Afghan war is a total waste of time, money and life.
Edit. P.S. your facts about Iraq and Terrorism are pretty weak. His secret service tried to assasinate Bush, and Saddam promised $15,000 to every suicide bombers family in Palestine. Same as any other number of countries have done, and less than many.
N.B. Any attempt to link Saddam's regime with September the Eleventh is just willful deception. It's disgraceful to think that any of your fellow countrymen should have been led to believe this. Giving ones life for one's country is an extremely high sacrifice and not one that should be treated with so little respect.

Oh, so the removal of a dangerous threat to the entire world wasn't necessary? Tell that to the citizens of Iraq who died horrible deaths when Saddam tested nerve gas and other chemical agents on them, in order to get maximum potency with his warheads.
No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee. Hemingway
Bush said that there were ties to 9/11 in Iraq. Couldn't find them. Then he said we were the finding WMDs. Couldn't find them. Now we're there "freeing" them.
What is the civillian body count now, 500,000? I think we're doing Saddams job for him.

Oh, and justify the war to the citizens of Iraq who died horrible deaths after we bombed them repeatedly, shot them, and raped them.
first of all, there were no terrorists from Iraq in the 9/11 attacks. second, there are hundreds of people(civilians and militants on both sides) dying daily because of this war, so how is that different than before? This is a POINTLESS war that the U.S. decided to sacrifice all its foreign relations on. Finally there will be some change soon, Nov. 7th can't come soon enough

How about we just tell them that when they revolt, we will revolt with them, and then don't so they all die. I don't think those Iraqi's much liked us either.

Connect the dots between Iraq and 9/11 for me and maybe I'll start supporting Bush's war. Just saying there were terrorists there is pretty weak to me. They are located in every country in the world. The ones that flew the planes into the towers were from that country on the other side of Iran.
To the original question, I've never protested or wanted to protest. I support our troops and admire their bravery. I just don't believe in ripping a country apart that had nothing to do with the "reason" we're supposedly there.

Iraq has been fought over by every major power in the last hundred years. This war is hardly pointless. The reasons that our publicity managed leaders gave us for war were immensely pointless. But so many people wouldn't have fought there so often if there was nothing worth fighting for.
There are a lot more people dying in Iraq now than before the war. Doesn't this seem to be what everyone should expect during a war? I think international relations are definitely the biggest fall out of this war, but if America doesn't invade anywhere for 10 years, everyone will soon forget.

THE FORMER IRAQI REGIME OF Saddam Hussein trained thousands of radical Islamic terrorists from the region at camps in Iraq over the four years immediately preceding the U.S. invasion, according to documents and photographs recovered by the U.S. military in postwar Iraq. The existence and character of these documents has been confirmed to THE WEEKLY STANDARD by eleven U.S. government officials.
