Very nice compilation. Pretty obvious that it will not be associated with any existing IP. Who knows whether it will be Sci Fi, fantasy, etc. Amazing that they have kept it secret so long. I think the Kotor rumors are disinformation to keep people from speculating what the game really is.
Why risk pissing off the KotOR fans by giving disinformation? I for one have been waiting for a KotOR ONLINE MMORPG since BioWare made the first single player game. I will be very upset if it's not a STARWARS IP.
I think SWG should have been set in the KotOR timeline...I know many of the problems with Galaxies could have been avoided by doing so.
My money is on KotOR...It's that or nothing for me!!!!!

actually, it's definitely an existing IP. The pdf file attached to the press release concerning the buyout clearly states that the IP for the MMO isn't owned by Bioware...so it's existing and licensed by someone else.

We dont know exactly who did this but this is certain, name servers belongs to Bioware.com

Sorry guy, but anyone who thinks HP is still for children not only has no clue about the demographics involved or the storyline itself. The first book may have been very child-oriented, but every book since has gotten darker and filled with death.
P.S. more death, fighting, and violence than is in most of the Star Wars movies btw...which when the very first movie came out was also considered a "Kid's Movie" to a certain extent and heavily attended by 10 year old birthday parties.

How would it be random? It's arguably the biggest IP yet to be made into an MMO, it's an IP owned by EA...now Bioware's parent company. It's an IP that EA has had serious consideration of making in the past, even with some developers currently at Bioware Austin.
KOTOR Online would be random. It's an IP owned by Lucasarts, which would definitely be in conflict with publishing vs. EA. Bioware didn't even do KOTOR 2 for god's sake. The only thing giving KOTOR any momentum in this conversation is a ridiculous "news story" on a website no one has ever heard of that basically says "someone who knows someone at Bioware who will remain anonymous said..." and a whole bunch of people REALLY hoping it will be.
