I have no opinion on Darkfall, but can someone explain why it is impossible to buy the game anywhere?

"Hello person posting on a site specifically for MMO's in a thread on a sub forum specifically for a particular game talking about meta features and making comparisons to other titles in the genre, and their meta features.
Anyone who tells you that this game is "amazing" is one of the following. 1. Tasos 2,. Some other Dev. 3. Friend of a Dev or Shill. 4. Someone with ridiculuosly low standards who feels that a poorly done combat simulator equates to "amazing". 5. fanboy who can't let go.. No I was not stupid enough to buy it but one of my family members was even after I told them not to waste 50 bucks on something that is barely above shareware quality. I'am not quite sure what exactly they were doing for 8 years.. or even 6 years.. whichever way you want to look at it.. but it sure as hell was not developing this game because in reality it should not have taken more than 2 years to build what amounts to nothing more than a totally empty, featureless, contentless video game. Darkfall is nothing more than a poory done combat simulator system with bad animations, outdated graphics, terrible sound/music , terrible CS, and barebones functionality at best. Couple this with a group of people who are seemingly some of the most incompetent and common sense challenged to ever launch a MMO and you have Failure within a few short months, if not weeks. People are already saying they are bored and cancelling after only 3 weeks of play which shouldn't surprise at all becaus that's the obvious thing that would happen when there's nothing else to do in a game other than to PK and "full loot". You can go play www.QuakeLive.com for free and get more enjoyment PK'ing people then playing. Queue on!
Perhaps, but it is also the most fun MMO I have ever played.

And so the loyal soldiers remain so, even after the battle was lost, and the "trolls" were right all along. But Im sure somewhere theres a man saying to himself. "Ball&Cup? WOW this is a blast, I love trying to get the ball into the cup, its so much fun!"
And yes the blind haters remain so, even after the battle was lost, and the fans were right all along.
Lie to me Darth, tell me that Tasos didnt say the game was feature complete and ready to launch in 2006. Lie to me and tell me that the game launched in that state. Go ahead lie to me.
Funny bit is that Tasos is mostly right, most features are in the game, but I find a lot of them broken or not working like intended. If it will show up that Devs disagree with my point of view on it no more Darkfall for me in May.

Mr. Flambouras is renowned in the industry for his honesty, integrity and tranparency . Not only that AV have never missed a milestone or firm date (he actually said something along those lines).

Whats wrong with that line...I see people cussing their brains out and that is not mod edited but this was...weird. The mod must be a fanboy.
There are a few of them on here it would seem and most have become mods within the last 2 months since the game came out.....interesting isn't it?
