Biggest let down for me was DDO. I was hoping to get more dynamic content and maybe even a world to explore.

Cancellations that were big let downs:

Massive Multiplayer Battletech 3025- finally a game based on the original houses and not clans. PVP in an already balanced universe

Mythica - a Microsoft project that had interesting offline and online possibilities

With all the hype, I'd have to say Warhammer.

With all the promises I'd have to say AoC.

Warhamnner online, WAR had so mush potential it could have been a great game, instead Mythic droped the ball.

I never played Vanguard or Darkfall, Tebula Rasa, RF online, Auto Assult or Hellgate London They all looked like crap from the start so I stayed away.  I seam to have a good Eye for spoting out  what will fail and what will succeed. Or devs are so stupid that they make it look easy.

I think I'll have to agree that Warhammer Online was the biggest disappointment ever.

After leaving WoW because that stupid game sucked years of my life and rewarded me with nothing to show for it except lopsided PVP battles because I don't have time to sacrifice to Raiding or Rep grinding or whatever stupid thing you must do just to get gear so that you can PVP with some hope of winning...I was hoping Warhammer would be a wow-like game that did PVP right...

    but sadly...it wasn't...and I haven't played an MMO since.

I keep checking these sites hoping something new will come along...

in the meantime, I play Left4Dead etc
