The tradition of having everything oversized and widely-spaced whilst characters run everywhere is a cyclical trend: characters run because the world is built for running characters because characters run because....
Pack the same amount of content into a more realistic scale, and you'll have the same experience, content-and-time-wise, yet without having to witness the frantic absurdity of the constant scampering.
I also hope that at least all the core splats are available, with or without significant modifications for MMO-friendly balance. Thankfully, I don't think that I have to worry about CCP avoiding complexity.

Nice observation.  The most atmospherically destructive thing in mmorpgs is seeing everyone run at all times.  Cryptic tried to address this in STO by having the stations filled with sedately walking NPC's.  It doesn't work.  I'm not familiar with Incarna but I've always hoped that some mmorpg would find a resolution to this issue.  WOD will need this very much to retain any feeling of immersion, at least for me.

Incarna is simply the EVE expansion formerly known as Walking in Stations, formerly known as Ambulation.

Said stations are obviously much smaller than the game space that is likely to be required by a World of Darkness MMO, but I think the same principle can be applied.

I dont like cybering with guys, and Im not interested in RPing with "Bella" wannabes. Most likely that game will become a glorified catwalk were girls praise each others for their newly looted high heeled shoes.

We all know you would wear the high heels if they gave you +5 agility.

One class will always be over or underpowered when compared to another, to some degree. Thats a given. The thing that matters, in my opinion, is that the classes are balanced when they confront each other in groups.

Vampire and Werewolf aren't classes - they are completely different beings.

In a fantasy PvE MMORPG analogy, even an average werewolf would provide a good instance boss for a small group of vampires... a pack of werewolves would probably require a vampire "raid".

Maybe if your only experience with the setting was Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines where they made a werewolf boss-fight. Vamps in WoD PnP are wary of Garou, but not scared of them, their paths rarely cross as they are not even fighting in the same war. The Garou might rip vamps a new hole, but vamps have tons of magic/mental gifts to fight with. Chances are they could make a werewolf stand there and drool while it gets stuck with silver knives, at least the Malkavian sects could.
