BTW, nerfing XP rewards for the losers was a pretty horrible decision, in a game where there are already notable balance issues between the two factions.
I disagree, on my server sit's mostly 50-50....as republic I recall getting steamrolled by empire sometimes, and then we do it to them.
Nerfing XP was good, since that happened I saw a lot less leechers in the warzones.
On the server I am in, we have like 1 instance of the warzones running at a single time. (are there multiple instances running on other servers like wow?)
And in those warzones I have 3 leechers EVERY time, they jump down, hide behind a box where the remaining members have to fight a full active empire team.
"going into arguments with idiots is a lost cause, it requires you to stoop down to their level and you can't win"
levele 50 vs level 20 and you expect it to be nickel?when there are enough level 50 there wont be level 20 with level 50 ,it is just a temporary thing!

I'm with Fiontar on this one.
It's true that occasionally you will have evenly matched games, this has even happened for me sometimes. But there are soooo many factors that contribute to an imbalance that I think most games wind up being imbalanced. Some of these factors are:
1. Level differences between factions.
2. Gear differences between factions.
3. Class balance differences between factions (more healers/CC on one faction for example).
4. Player skill/motivation differences between factions (i.e. the "PUG factor"). Should you really be punished exp-wise because you're on a team full of new or terrible players that have no clue what to do? It just adds to the frustration the inevitable loss. This includes leechers, you shouldn't get less exp because some idiots are AFK leeching on your team.
It's just not fair enough to reward too heavily based on winning, because winning is very often out of your control. If PvP were just premade vs. premade and all the premades were relatively balanced in level/class...then this would be okay. But it's not, it's just random pick up group vs. random pick up group, and usually there are major imbalances there.
Finally, I'm not singling SWTOR out here...other than the non-bracketed WZ's, all these issues exist in any MMORPG battleground-type PvP that is out today.
It just feels like anything they can do to nuture PVP, they try to remove.
We can't even get server forums. It's one of the best ways to foster rivalries in both PVP and PVE, and we can't even get that. So many elements tell me that this isn't a real MMO. It's like Bioware got so wrapped up in "story," that they forgot all the nuts and bolts elements of what makes a lasting game.
Piss poor economy, bad AH, awful PVP, linear areas, crappy guild constructs -- the list just goes on and on.
My plan is to finish my character's storyline and cancel. I see no incentive to keep paying for a co-op game every month.

Are you team Azeroth, team Tyria, or team Jacob?
