Me saying that all post that speak well of MO on DF gets deleted still stands. OFC they keep those that you posted. They speak Micheal Jackson BAD about it. Duh!!! And if someone says combat in MO is slow, they cleary haven´t played it. It´s everything BUT slow. I have people like Adun, that was voted the most frearsome archer on DF server when he played, playing MO with me now. And he is one of many coming from DF that says the action in MO is fast paced compared to DF. I do think the PVP in DF is good though. I won´t say anything else. But you apperantly swallow every lie that is handed to you and I guess you believe in Santa Clause as well. It´s gets more clearer for everything you write that you have no freaking clue about what MO has to offer and not. Need to take off them blindfolders, and see the real world outside Lalaland. And the fact that you STILL think that Realbig trolls about the hits, shows that you are a lost cause. It´s a known fact here and has been for a long time, that someone is hacking the hit numbers with DF. The fact that you believe in those numbers makes me ROFLMAO!!! There were even threads here about this before. Don´t know if the mods took em away or not, cause it is quite embarrasing for the site that someone can hack the hit ratio. But I guess it´s above their heads and nothing they can do about it. Thank god there are some sain DF followers here that at least sees things for what they are atm compared to you. Now head back to DF, macro some skills up, and go play with those few people that manage to log into the game atm. Feel free to contact him on MO forums. He has the same nick there. But if you think he would come back to DF you haven't heard what he thinks of DF or even worse, about AV. I've even asked him if he could consider give it a try if they wipe etc with DF 2.0. But he's extremly tired of AV. So don't get your hopes up.

Well ofc they won´t say they will burn DF now, cause that would scare the little population they have left away from the game. And considering they don´t have a ETA on when they can release DF 2.0, they need every single little sub they have. Just think about it alittle. As I recall the developers of Darkfall have seen how truly awful the game is and have pulled into developing Darkfall 2.0 which is almost assuredly going to wipe any and all characters and items from Darkfall the original iteration.
You only do that to your current player base if your game is so shotty that you are forced to piss off your loyal veterans in a gamble to get more people playing.
In short the game sucks, they are attempting to make it suck less.
Usually my friends don't ask me a question that equates to "What do you find more fun than getting your fingers slammed in a door?"

I think Everquest 1 was in production about as long as Darkfall has been before they made Everquest 2. I dont think making a second version is very good evidence of a bad game, do you?

Everquest 1 is still around though. And I highly doubt DF 1 will be around once DF 2.0 hits. But that´s just a guess. Other then that I think orsonstfu was spot on.
You are making an incorrect comparison. As Everquest 1 and Everquest 2 are alive at the same time.
The only wayour comparison would be valid is if they burned EQ1 to make EQ2. Which is exactly what Adventurine is going to do with Darkfall.
No comparison to be made. The closest comparison that you would make is the NGE and SWG. Which is exactly what is going to happen with Darkfall.
yes that is a guess. One can not use guesses of the future as evidence of fact for a point.
Never the less, with all the facts on the table placing 'they are making a second version' as evidence of a bad first version is questionable. How many games are out there with second versions? pretty much all the successful ones is all.

And what question is that? This one? "That is how I orginally understood it and my reply is then still the same 'darkfall looks like a cartoon but wow looks better'". It´s simple. Here´s what I´ve been saying over and over again. BOTH looks like cartoons, both look bad in my eyes. But if I had to pick a "winner" of WoW and DF. Then WoW at least has SOME style.
Its all about taste (like a game or not).
Everyone got own favorite game and DF failed to be favorite (best game?) to many people. If i remind how big the hype was at start. Like millions visites on the page and compared how barely EU server is alive. Though NA doing a bit better, you cant say this is how it supposed to be.
What i want to say, thats is useless which game is better or not then DF. DF had it chance to convice people that its good but it failed to deliver. No discussion will ever change it. Only deeds and yet AV fails to prove us that they are capable to create DF to something better.

I find it intresting how so many on this forum want to make clear to me that my views are just that views an opinions and yet by the same rule I should accept that even though I like the game better than any other MMO out there and that they did a very good job on delievery compared to other games that...DF had it chance to convice people that its good but it failed to deliver

Well ofc they won´t say they will burn DF now, cause that would scare the little population they have left away from the game. And considering they don´t have a ETA on when they can release DF 2.0, they need every single little sub they have. Just think about it alittle. Do you HONESTLY think they will have DF 1 with a couple of hundred subs, when they release something that is much better with DF 2.0?
