What will make or break this game for me will be the community it builds or does not build. I played WoW for 3 years, EQ1 for 3 years, SWG for two years...all because I had good friends that I made in those games that kept me coming back. It was not raiding, nor pvp, but a combination of the two, combined with really great friends I did not want to leave, and who made *grinding* fun. ;-)
No other game has built those same friendships for me, and I have never lasted more than 6 months at a time. If GW2 builds a good, solid community, which I think it has the potential to do, then I could be home for a long time. If it is the same, solo together, ignore everyone around you until level cap, then there is that potential to.
