I wonder how many "Limited Edition" is, 25,000 copies?
Many people will buy the CE only to sit on it for awhile and resell it on ebay for twice or more for what they paid. Look at what GW1 CE's are going for.
No way. NCSoft isn't going to do that. They have their own launcher they love to use.
I think that's a pretty good question he's asking because GW1 is on Steam and NCSoft has AION on Steam now, so....perhaps they aren't as keen on using their own launcher, as you say, as they used to be....perhaps? I don't know. I too wonder if it will show up on Steam. My guess is YES, but only after it's been released and out for a long while.

My prediction is that it'll turn up on Steam as a 'selected retailer' for pre-purchasing. Having GW on the steam front page every day for a few months would be extremely beneficial.
Steam is a giant in the PC market, you have to be crazy to ignore it. All of NCSoft's previous games have been available from the NCSoft store witht heir own launchers and they were all on steam

so are we loooking at May or June launch then?
Have fun storming the castle! - Miracle Max
My guess is late June, after they've had time to do several weekend events.

Is the Rytlock Miniature a mini-pet? As in does it follow you around in the open world with its own animations?
Yes.
The 10 in tall one is a statue, the mini is an ingame pet from my understanding.
