a leak is far from official. and they stated that anything in the cs is subject to change... so official wont be until release or they state that its no longer changing
can ya link where. cus im honestly interested in seein that. nothing i have seen tells me that those are CS items.
I'm assuming they won't remove the three cash shop items included in the DD and CE versions. Since they are already advertised on their website.
well i can live with that ,i could live with 14,99$ for 10 gems and i need to spend 11 gems per month.

If they haven't made this option then they have their reasons. I haven't seen the game in action so I cannot tell if the cash shop really has that much of an advantage, or if it will affect my playstyle. So this is how I would make my decision if the game had both types of servers.
I purchase the game.
Play on server that doesn't require reoccuring fee to see if cash shop will affect my playstyle.
If it does then I switch to reoccuring fee server forcing me to start over. Not cool, but I want fair competition.
If not then I am content where I am and stay.
The server with the reoccuring fee will have to force you to start over because it wouldn't be fair to the others who are already in the reoccuring fee server if you just start out at whichever level you were at on the server that didn't require a reoccuring fee.
Ultimately the server that doesn't require a reoccuring fee will have the highest population. But then the question would arise, 'Would anyone consider playing in the server that is reoccuring fee to play with less people?'.
Or maybe, 'If we segregate our players do to how much they can afford, will it hurt our games popularity rating amongst all players involved?'.
It's a rough road, and they might be taking the moral high ground which you should all respect. There comes a point when the servers will require revenue on top of the access fee to maintain connectivity. I say leave it up to the players to decide, and not the developers. I am not saying there shouldn't be another type of server, I am just saying there is no point at release time to make this decision simply because the players haven't had enough time to really come to it yet.
No they wont remove them from the cs or the dd. but that doesnt state they will put them in the cash shop, You are trying to say its logical for them to becaue they put them in DD, and CE. As that could be possible, there is no where you can see proof of that

The url you posted DOES NOT show ANY cash shop items. That is the link for the preorders (as you yourslef and many others have stated already countless times). Out of those items that (can be used in PvP) we have NO idea how they will be used, if they will be viable, etc.
For example: The elite wolf skill. It could be OP, it could be a skill that starts to become useless by lvl 30. It's really impossible to tell until it's ingame. The 'PvP-unlocks' again, could mean anything. But given that this is the same company that did GW1, it's most likely that this just means that they will give you a slight head start towards unlocking talents / skills in PvP.
Again, if you are going to scream 'the sky is falling', at least do a little bit of research before spewing blatant missinformation on these forums. It's annoying. I find it extremely ridiculous how (in literally less than a day) we go from 'how was the CS in GW1?' (of which the entirety of answers ranged from 'i didn't use it' to 'it wasn't really necessary to play, but i got some costumes'); to 'OMG this is the most unfair system every! subscription model PLEASEE!!!'.
You want a subscription? drop 15$ a month on the CS, towards mini-pets or w/e else you feel like getting. You'll get more for your money, even if you'll be paying more than the majority of other players. I'm not sure which is worse, if the OP is trolling, or if he isn't.
why would they? Why would they comit suicide as a company? I swear you just spout recycled arguments that have been answered time and time again. If they put actual gear in there.. as in some suped up sword or something that would be directly against what they have said. So basically they would turn into Bioware. Even if they ever thought of that, which Anet has no shady history so doubt they would ever think of it... but IF they did. They learned a lesson when Bioware killed their company by putting DLC on the release disc and then lying about it. I am mad because the OP didn't look anything up, just spouted nonsense to rile ppl up. Crap I guess I fell for it >.<

Just because you haven't seen P2W in the cash shop from the little bit of leaked info, it doesn't mean it's not there.
Besides, complaining about the potential of P2W in the cash shop also helps to prevent it from ever getting there in the first place.

Even if these items magically go to the cash shop, they have no effect in the game at all. PVP items are only cosmetic and you can pay 100g to get 10k influence AND influence is easy attainable and has a cap on how much you can use.
The Golem Banker is only good for 5 days.
I played Atlantica Online during beta. They had quite a few items that worked on this principal. You rented convience for a fee. In the case of the Golem Banker I would wager it might be the convience of being able to access your bank from anywhere.
How about instead of basing your fears on other companies you go and accept that anets track record shows that they wont do this?

Its a consumable that is available only from pre-purchasing. That is the only way to get it. It is not available on the cash shop. At all.

The golem banker is in the beta leaks, if the other two were in they would appear like the golem banker.
A company's track record is not a guarantee of their future behavior.

i guess you buy things from shaady dealers and people known for ripping people off because it doesnt guarantee they will do it to you.
obviously nothing is set in stone, but at least a good track record should allow you not predict bad things to happen before you ever even get the game.

Yeah... take a look at ANet's parent company and the cash shops they've stuck into those games.
It's one of several reasons why I'm concerned.
