You really should click the link and actually look at the list instead of making wild assumptions.....actually keep making wild assumptions cause it's been a slow weekend and I could use the laughs
Think it's fair to say they are actually updating and maybe people should look, but look at it as plans than promises, excluding kickstarter/Strech goals of course. When they label everything as a promise the stats become bloated. When you look at stuff that's kickstarter + stretch goals compared to mentioned "wishlist" Items, it's a big difference.
Again no harm against it, it's quite good, but just feel the label of promise on everything single items is false thing to put imho
I've never said to treat it like its the end all be all but something that's in an easy to read list form with sortable headings that you can keep track of things with.
What?! Go play the Alpha and come back to me to support that statement. Like that guy posts ago that ate it up that SC has only completed 60 things of the stuff they said... When most of what's available on the Alpha today is not even listed there...
Then instead of listing features, is when they list dates and lock the completion of something to be about the date, not the feature, that is the ridiculous part of it.
Over that there is manipulation and twisting, for example, ignoring the facts they also refused to do any changes to Mining in 3.0, they list it as a promise... and that is plain intentional misinformation.

The list is about all the promises that Chris or CIG have made, not all the planned features. It even says that on the front page of the tracker. You're trying to make this list be something it's not and then condemning it because of that.

That's pure BS! They are listing all the plans and mentions of features and put them on a list of promises. That's undeniable even from their own put "definition" of what a promise is; you are wrong because by their own definition a planned feature is a promised feature.
Yet when it comes to adding many things that are completed, those interestingly were not promised by the same definition, lol. So yes, I will condemn them for that.

So it's a list of pure BS listing the pure BS the CEO has been spewing for a number of years.
Where does it say 90 days on the tracker? Or are you just trying to somehow make this about Derek Smart cause you don't actually have a good argument to try and refute the tracker?
Im all for a good discussion but if you're just going to try and troll please go in another thread.
LoL to be fair I didn't clicked the link as being made by the goons is bound to be the same made up bullshit to attack Chris Roberts, CIG, Star Citizen and it's backers. All because they are still mad that they got banned from the forums and keep getting laughed at by the backers.
"In 2012 Chris Roberts convinced 34,397 backers on kickstarter to give
his company $2,134,374 for a space simulation game "Star Citizen" with a
Wing Commander style single player mode entitled "Squadron 42".
You only needed 2 phrases to hit the bullshimeter into oblivion hehehe
I'm sure that's the list that will make Star Citizen collapse, and I bet Chris Roberts can't sleep at night because of it!

I think the list needs more updates and entry's even without clicking on it, also I need more hands to facepalm lol
Its never coming out. Seriously if they had anything we would have seen it. Its years late and all we have are some mo capped clips and a janky tour of a ship.

They are listing stretch goals and whenever Chris decided to open his big mouth and say they will implement another feature. If the list tracked everything that supposed to be in the game then that not completed/not started/in progress would be even larger and the project would look even sadder then it is

First, you say I am saying it is something is not, then I prove you wrong how that list is ruled by the definition that a mentioned feature or plan, a possibility, is what they call a promised feature, now you come with this rather silly response... Spinning much?!

Useless to have a discussion with you about this, you are unable of objectivity.
In 2012 Chris Roberts convinced 34,397 backers on kickstarter to give his company $2,134,374 for a space simulation game "Star Citizen" with a Wing Commander style single player mode entitled "Squadron 42".
Chris made and continues to make a lot of promises. StarCitizen Tracker attempts to fact-check Chris and Cloud Imperium Games Corporation to see if they adhere to all promises made concerning the project. This crowdsourced endeavour started on April 17th, 2017 and may contain inaccuracies.
Accuracy Confidence: 86.6%
Note: The original source of promises has finished our first pass of review. Thanks to everyone that continues to submit corrections and source links.
Update: We have changed 'In progress' to 'In alpha' because there was too much conjecture over 2 year old footage qualifing a feature as in progress or not. We hope to re-visit the 'In progress' subject once we have completed our backlogged catalog of promises.
My point stands, this is not a list of confirmed promised features. Go read their own FAQ and their terms clearly show their definition of a promise is everything and anything that creates one expectation.
So a Feature mentioned put as MAY or MAY NOT happen is by definition a promise. So many elements on that list are NOT confirmed features.

There are some on that list that can probably be taken as a maybe in the future but most of that list is crap Chris has pitched at cons, or spoken about in interviews and used it to drive sales.

I'm really not. I'm saying it's crap Chris has promised. When I say planned features I mean things that are expected to be in game like being able to fly in space (a poor example but it works). So no not spinning but perhaps not being clear when I try to explain things

It's irrelevant what he said, if he had NOT confirmed something as a feature of SC.
The way they put it and merge it all together, what is a confirmed promised feature of SC, and what was mentioned and are possibilities for the game (not confirmed features), only misinforms people on what was really promised.

Such a great contribution that you felt the need to reply to it, thanks for your time and effort.
You're welcome
I make fun but I do hope this game come come out one day. I feel for the backers.

All games are never coming out until they do lol that's some low effort trolling right there. Time for the haters to up their game imo.

SC main blocker - servers that can handle more that 24 moving objects.
Yep. Feeling kinda confident.
Good progress on cut scenes though.
