    WRONG! I KNOW what it says in my faith. I KNOW what my beliefs are. Therefore, I KNOW what a sin is. Our religions KNOW that they are committing a sin. If you are part of these religions, then you KNOW what your religion teaches you.

    THINK would only apply to someone who hasn't decided whether they want to follow what their faith says.

    If you're religion says it's a sin and someone in your religion commits the act, then they are a sinner.  But if they aren't a part of your religion, then they are following their own path.  Different from yours and free from your restraints and guilt.

    I agree. The religion I follow says it's perfectly fine to love someone, regardless of the gender.

    People are just stupid and thick headed it seems.


    And the religion I say says it's a sin to commit sodomy. I don't follow your religion, so what's your point? You'd be surprised how many people don't follow your view of what's a sin and what isn't.

    Same thing about it being a sin. Those who are good belivers of their faith follow their faith. If it is a sin to their faith it is a sin in their lives. If their faith says it isn't a sin, well, it isn't a sin. Simple.
    Yes but they are trying to tell us that we should follow their defenition on whether it is a sin or not. Everyone has to decide on their own whether it's a sin or not. You don't get to decide for me. I'm perfectly right in still believing you're committing a sin, whether you think so or not.

    I wait for that day when people develop to a level when they wont need a fairytale to explain or guide their life.

    Until that day i guess the rest of us have to keep reading these debates, which is fine, nutjobs make for a great entertainment

    I think people will look back on this period as a time that people tried to rule the morales of all. The religous keep telling the gays they are wrong and save them from damnation. The gays trying to force religion to see them as right. Both show no tolerance of the other.

    Still if you believe in the bible and say gays are ok, you are bad at your faith. Can't be a good christain and belive in gay and abortions. Just immpossible.

    Methane, your definition proved you wrong "but excluding humans, the anthropoid apes, and, usually, the tarsier and prosimians." means that those are excluded.  Humans, anthropoid apes, and tarsiers and prosimians are not monkeys.
