This means the information before the court is considered substantial (meaningful) and revelant (important to the laws of justice) as well ascan be supported by evidence (means there is sufficient proof).
A blow to the defense of "irrevelant" and "we will not answer" from Farlan, NPC and C. Jacquet. ALso, it would appear that their own counterclaim should now, in most probable circumstances, re-review their own allegations against Mr. _Pix_.

Careful Mr. Jacquet -- if you are found guilty and liable, Vworld could ask for a continuing loss of revenue due to your deliberate actions.Compensation COULD be made to VWorld for an estimated loss each year his product is on the market illegally as well as each year in the future -- whether you sold it to another "no liability country" or not. Courts would see it as a deliberate action against VWorld and it could cost you years in compensation to Vworld.
Besides that, how does it feel to be completely disrespected over the entire world because of your sleazy actions?
