The final hearing takes place at the Commercial Court of Clermont-Ferrand and the Court's decision is to be rendered on March 13th, 2008.
It means that NPCube chose not to reply to VWORLD's rebuttal in reply to their accusations, since they considered our submissions in reply were "off the point".
So the final hearing has taken place. It is now up to the Court to render its decision on March 13th, based on the elements provided by both parties.
