Well, my fair lady ,absolutely know thou must , for it is *perfectly* legal when a case you lose, to resort to appeal (humm, just as somebody here would put it ). Of course, it means going the long way, but whenever you think you are within your rights, you are perfectly entitled to do so. In some cases though, it is a well known trick to try to escape the verdict (at least for some time).
As a matter of fact, I have known (quite well) an ex- CEO who had *badly* lost an affair against one of its ex-salaried employee, and who chose another *more practical but less glorious* solution: he simply chose to close shop and let the people in charge then to pay for his deeds ( I don't know about the US, but in France, there 's an organization which takes care of paying the bills concerning your salaried employees in case of liquidation of the company ).
Well, as far as NPCube is concerned they *already* appealed in an other case, *already* lost and *already* went as far as bringing the matter before the Cassation Court (and lost again). Remember, it was the case of the other ex-salaried employee C. Jacquet fired on the grounds of stealing and lthen accused him of having stolen proprietary elements to the benefit of VWORLD ...

I've done some research on the worldwide map we manage now, which represents something like 510 millions km2 or so. I tried to find the Ganareth area among the 5+ million name references, but unfortunately it seems that this region is not referenced anywhere:
All I can suggest is that you ask your map on the official DnL board... It seems that Alchemic Dream is still in charge of the community and maybe they will be capable of giving you an answer soon... OK, sorry for the bad joke...but thanks for your comments, we'll do our best!

Uh yup, its free to play. And free to frustrate. And free to download horribly. Game play is still the same as it was in 2005. No working updates or patches or fixes.
And finally and quite evidently, free to skig off others to try and make their profit and going to go down in history as one of the most laughable companies in the entire mmo genre.
