I just started to play EQ2 and I enjoy it alot. Im mostly playing solo or in smaller groups but that's enough for me at the moment and there's enough to do for sure.
The game has really evolved in a direction I like. I know there's a lot of pe…
Nay - Tried almost every asian mmo published and haven't found one that suits me so I don't expect I ever will. I do however try to keep myself from complaining and let those who enjoy them do just that without me describing what I don't like about …
DAoC has a nice mix of PvE and RvR imo. I would like to see an updated version of that game (with a number of changes ofc).
Housing is nice, RvR is great and even the PvE is ok. Too bad it's dated in more ways than one but I'd definately try D…
I feel pretty much the exact same way. I started playing Aion and enjoyed for a while but even though it's good looking and has a lot to offer I can't help feeling as I've already done everything the game can give me.
I too looked into old or semi…

the bot problem is pretty small. Just block the spammers and you'll be alright. Be p…
I've been thinking the same thing as OP for a while now. The only thing that had me exited a year ago was WAR and while I still play and enjoy it (mostly due to beeing in a very, very good guild) I still want.. well... a better balanced game.

I will reopen my old account to play this old great game once again. I've played on and off since release and I still say this is the best rvr-oriented game made so far. I know there aren't many players left but I intend to give it a last shot when …
If you're going to try it, do it now. The population isn't that high nowadays but it works.
Tip: Get into a nice guild as fast as you can. Disregard the mediocre graphics and enjoy the best pvp out there (imo).
I don't think AoC's combat system is that impressive. So you can swing your weapon in a few diffrent ways and jump side to side... there are (imo) better ways to make skill count.
I do however like many other details in AoC but I think I'll wait a…
Most game developers seek to please as many as possible, the more paying players a game get the more money they earn.
I do agree that some skill must be involved in games with pvp, but finding a balance that everyone can enjoy is pretty hard.

I've played most MMO's worth playing and the most immersive for me would be DAOC. Not because of graphics but because of the perfect balance between pve and pvp. Also might be because it was the first MMORPG I played. Other nice games are EQ1 and 2,…
A good melee heretic can beat most other melee classes. Reavers and friars are very tough too.
It all depends on what you enjoy really, there are benefits with all classes as someone before me stated.

It depends on what you like.
In my oppinion:
Every game has bad things aswell as good things. If I'd recommend any game it would be Dark age of Camelot. Very fun but perhaps a bit hard at first. Other nice games are World of Warcraft (community is…

1. Not really. 2. Not many. 3. Yes, for the most part.
