Personally I vote Trion. I'll never touch one of their games again. Ncsoft is pretty frustrating I do agree. Their support is awful. I remember having to deal with all that account mess for aion and gw and such.

The Korean one works well for me, just use a VPN to launch it and can play without it on. I tried JP but got DCed so often it just wasn't fun.
