I have been beta testing games since Everquest 1. I have seen many games succeed, and just as many fall short of success. I don't tolerate ignorance with the wanna be beta testers (IE, the kids that like to cry about something in a general forum instead of doing any actual testing), nor do I put up with stupidity. I try to be fair and see both sides, but don't be surprised if what you see ends up being harsh. I'm a tough customer to please.
