Wow, you sure have big expectations for this game, and I mean big. You'll be lucky to tank alone, as well as try and do everything at once.. I'd suggest a W/E for tanking / nuking, not sure how'd that work though.

4 characters = a number of combinations, and yes, RPs can PvP in the beginning and once they ascend also, that's the Hall of Heros, or you can make pure PvP characters just for PvPing.

W/Mo and E/Mo for heavy damage dealers. R/Me, R/Mo, or R/E for a ranger. Me/E for fast casting. Mo/Me or Mo/E if you want to do HoH or Guild Battle and a monk is needed.

Any drain spells that give you health, Sever Artery, Gash, Galrath Slash, Frenzy, Healing Signet, just to name a few that would be handy.
