What happened with the latest publish was that the 3D client was discontinued, some things were changed around in game, and closed beta for the KR client (under NDA) has begun. KR is believed to be released on late Spring, Early Summer.

There's a shard that doesn't have insurance. It's called Siege Perilous.

If you don't like insurance, there is one official shard you can play that has an all fel ruleset. That shard is Siege Perilous.
