Well, in Spain GAME is the official retailer for the collectors edition and even tho they sold the preorders they dont have a clue about it. Preorder were sold as "WAR Beta", something you suposedly bought to play the game beta, it doesnt preorder…

As far as i know the game language is server-sided, wich means if you play in German server the game will be in german, if you play on a spanish server the game will be in spanish...

Then you will have to wait until sept 18, noone can download the game yet, only betatesters, and its just the beta client, not the final one.
