Lineage 1 is a great game but I haven't played on the live server in a long time. Private server i've heard is the way to go...been hearing a bunch of things about gold farmers and bots etc....but Lineage 1 still imo has some of the best PVP of all…

Monster Hunter it's not an mmo but it has the online feature.

try out Runes of Magic, it doesn't have the housing feature where u can place it anywhere in the world, but it does have an instanced house. The game is pretty good...
