Seriously... I mean, girls play games, we know this, and a few even play mmorpgs, we know this also, but by looking at the Aion FB page it looks like this game has managed to appeal to the female player base in a massive way.

Heh, although I think the OP misses the mark on his last comment, his overall point has merit. If there is any truth to Aion appealing to females, that is a HUGE pond to fish from in terms of adding to the player base.

No, that a lot of girls seem to be signing up to playing Aion, and that crossover gender appeal will lead to more numbers overall.

Yeah "chances"... fat chances you mean. I thought one of the reasons alliance always sucked at pvp in wow was because most of the women and preteens were alliance.

Very true, although from my own experience they've been a severe pain in the ass when you get more than one or two of them around. Between some guys getting beyond weird trying to cater to them like they're going to end up going out with them if they kiss their ass enough and the women trying to show each other up - much as they pretend its always the guys simply being immature if I had a nickel for every time they started bickering or causing issues with each other if they feel someone is stealing their spotlight I'd be a millionaire.
Still, you are right. Where the women will go; the men always follow. I'm just not sure overall that's a good thing least for me heh. I cannot stand in game drama and where the women go the drama always ensues as well.
