Its like people these days don't even understand what that implies anymore.
I'll give you a hint, a LOT changes, especially in regards to controls, graphics, and other stuff like that; things that require finicky tweaking are generally the last to get fixed as larger changes to the core of the game would often render any pre-mature tweaking obsolete.
