They're a game company that has the right to decide who gets to use their servers and play their game.

They're ALSO a game company bound by American law. Those things aren't mutually exclusive.

At the end of the day, there's likely far more to the OP story than is being told. I know from personal work experience that the CSR people for MMOs and online games don't hand out perma-bans without a damn good reason. A joke wouldn't do it. Being a jackass and a disruption would. Doing something far worse than the OP is admitting to would also do it.

Simple. Read the TOS you agree to in every single MMO sometime.

Not only do you agree that the game company isn't obligated to give you what you paid for, but you're ALSO agreeing that you can't sue them if they ban you.

Experience at a game company. Perma-bans aren't thrown down for something that small. There is ALWAYS more to the story.

The OP is just like plenty of other people who get banned for something, then try to minimize their actions in order to make the developers look unreasonable.

Sorry i think that is not enough. Personal experience means nothing to me I need some proof that what this person says and has showed is a fake.

I am asking only this: give me proof. A statement from BW some link that is showing that it is a fake.
