We have people who created an account for this purpose. That is different than existing people creating new accounts. We've told everyone very clearly that we won't tolerate cheaters.
If such a strong anti-WoW sentiment carried the votes, we'd have seen it before round 3.
The fact is, there's a lot of love and enthusiasm for Lotro from its players, and that's what this poll ends up being about--enthusiasm.
The problem isn't so much the WoW HATERS as much as WoW players being so "Meh" about their own game.
I hope Lotro goes far--and that's from someone who played for years but HATES what F2P and Warner Bros. has done to it. Still, the core foundation and community make it a great game to just run around, explore and socialize in--its just hard knowing how its sunk in many ways to easy mode and cash over substance. It still deserves to beat WoW though.
With TSW fans making campaigns just to win this and with GW2 having such a huge hater-club, it is not surprising that GW2 is starting to fall down. Eitherway good luck, your game will be so successful after bringing in your guilds to vote for the game, lol.

Umm, when I was fan, I was making campaigns for GW2 votes back then in 2012. Truth is, 80% player base left, now even bots can't help it. Sorry, but game just....
I don't see the need to hate on each others games really. The fact that TSW and GW2 are so close, to me just means that they both are great games with passionate fanbases.

I don't know much about GW2, but I think they don't have killer clowns, and I'll always take killer clowns over pink unicorns. Rainbow wigs are traditional. I'm not sure I'd go for pink wigs.
