• I did the same thing, waited a few minutes and relaunched then made a different race and name to mess around.     I prolly spent like 20min and quit, old name worked after I relaunched to try again.

• I use a 9800 gt. Anyway, the problem solved itself when I relaunched, although I did scrap the human to recreate my mahirim, so....no idea if it would've stuck with the other char.
