Vanilla servers are the only thing that will bring me back to the MMO scene. I given up hope on any studio ever making a good MMO again. We have to go back.
Already lost hope in this one. They have pushed back the release date and now it's not even going to be free to play any more. Game world is just too damn small for every one.
You're doing it all wrong. The game's economy is a pyramid scheme. You need to just focus on making crafting gear for the other crafters and gathers.

I don't understand what this game is suppose to be. I read their forums and all I saw are people trading ships. For a game that isn't even out. And spending $100s of real dollars to boot.

Because it is pretty. Most the reviewers that give it high marks have barely scratched the surface.
Once you really play the game and get past the shinies, it is an extremely disappointing game.
