  • Cool stuff.  It's another part of the atmosphere of the game that makes it so enjoyable.
  • TTT for two great sounding books and expansion.  I can't wait for them all, should be fun stuff.
  • The best part of falling is the sound and visual that follows (assuming you don't die of course). We have numerous laughs (friends & family that play together) when people start dragging their leg and hearing that satisfying crunch when you fi…

  • It's virtually impossible for you to see and experience the entire game at 34, there's so much more to do as one poster mentioned, and I agree. But as others have mentioned being social is key here.  You'll burn yourself out of just about any game…
  • I agree dragonace.  The drunken fence run was quite fun .  I especially find it enjoyable to just sit and watch people try to do it and repeatedly fail (it's my ornery side).

  • Turbine did a good job of sticking to the lore of the game and making "magic" use minimal.   That said each class can solo to a certain extent and your choice between Minstrel/Loremaster really depends on if you want to be frantically healing/bu…
  • Very nice, and very true about LOTRO.  It is definitely the most beautiful game I've played to date.  I find myself many times stopping in my tracks after slaying some beast to look at the horizon, a huge monument, or just the snowcapped peaks as I …
  • This is a great game and was a welcome replacement for WoW/EQ2.   It's casual gamer friendly, especially with it's new focus on 12 man raid/single group content only.  The story-based quests, dungeons, instances, etc. all make you feel like you'r…
