To my mind it is one of the best fantasy-mmorpgs ever. I have no idea why it is deserted on EU-international servers. Might have to do with some IP-blocking.
But perhaps players still rather want to play cookie-cutter fantasy-mmorps with dwarves …
Not really. Some like it and some not so much. Just like it is with every other game. I guess it's okay to talk about a game with alot of speculation and doubtful impressions on a site where you are welcome to hype. It's better to test for yourself …
To my mind the game is better than titan quest but not as addictive as diablo2. Gameplay is sluggish because of immense loot and small stash if you are not a fast seller, after ten kills I have to care about my inventory and destroy things which is …
Yes, your head is going to explode. Good thing is, the teleport spell rune of gales doesn't deal direct damage but slows you, just avoid the rune area effect by keeping outside.
If you are magnetized you better let it wear of when in party before …
Give it time with the US publisher. It will possibly be the biggest closing for a foreign game ever. There are many risks involved. How will the american market respond to the distinct european artstyle? Will the market be interested enough with big…
If those are the differences then it's fine for me. But I won't let them take me for a ride, if getting stuff from one char to another gets too complicated then I'm not going to play online. Because these games are all about equip and a shared stash…
You can also allocate your skills in that way that you stretch your index finger to get them off, like E,R,T,F,G on qwertz-keys. Basically two hands are enough but if you are a heavy smoker an additional hand comes in handy.

I just don't see it. I will probably give it a try, since I give every MMO a try. But I just don't see any appeal to Spellborn.
Seeing appeals is for the crystal globe. You'll have to try the open beta.
Come on, that was the most boring mmo to be released, the single one I wouldn't even try if I got money. Fantasy Rome wtf. The only upcoming mmo I knew absolutely nothing about. If each and every automobile company has a new SUV in development, then…

The stupid thing is, this might actually give other games companies ideas like this, next we will see Blizzard setting up an auction for a "super destruction blade of the apocalypse" and Chuck Norris will give them 10m…
Why not play all the open betas and stick to the game you like most?
For me it's not quite as bad as for you because I'm not interested in a pirate game and I absolutely don't like Warhammer conceptwise. One hint, don't miss TCoS open beta.
Well yes, you meet in the underground stations of London, which seems to be safe territory. But the town itself above ground is instanced and it's flooded with demons which you hack and slash. Like a reversed dungeon game.
I don't know anything a…
Don't we have the ideal compromise now? The game has its own forum so we can talk about it, but it isn't in the games list of the main page and thus not fully featured as any full mmorpg would be. That should be alright for everybody.
To say the truth, I don't believe all those games will come out Q1 2008. Some will be delayed to Q2, others to Q3, latecomers to Q4. And with that I even haven't talked about those games sceduled for Q1 2008 who won't manage the 2008 release...
No, Dagon13, I'm not representing any business. As a fact, the forum of a website like mmorpg.com is quite unforgiving about gameplay features not being ideal. I don't know any local website with such a critical audience. On the other hand people fr…
