Amazon didnt send you any codes, but it is in the Media Library, downloads section. WHY its there, instead of an expected email, I am not certain. If you cannot locate it, then just send a help message to them, they should respond in a day or so.

Look for vgclient.ini in your Vanguard's BIN folder. My line was at the bottom of the [General] section near the top.
