Theres also nothing to stop you from just going in and trying alot of combinations til you find one that just feels right. Thats what I did.

If you had fps problems in WoW, it'll be twice as bad in FF11.

Just get the patch, they are very very small and only take 2-3 minutes usually.

You could run probably about mid-graphics I would think. My old old PC (1.7 ghz with 64 meg and 512 ram) ran perfectly smooth on low and I never even tried increasing them. In retrospect, I probably should've.
