2007 collection doesnt contain Wings of the Goddess Expansion... but starting out, you wont need the expansions until later in the game. You still need to get the CD keys

It all depends. With factions you unlock more fun PvP options. While Nightfall has more in game content, more of a story, and overrall more players on that side of the world.
