No, you still pick your advanced class at level 10 and are stuck with that choice. They mentioned that early on in the stream.

Take a look at the link Superniceguy provided. A rep from Lucasfilm says nothing is going to change in TOR and it has always been considered part of the expended universe (in the penultimate paragraph of the story).
