I do not know why you are saying this game looks bad.. it is one of the better looking games out there IMO. Make sure you have the high res textures, Dx10..ect.. I know there was an amazing improvement in visual quality when I switched up.

I would say some time in the Teens.. I tend to have more fun once I hit level 16ish, but that depends on the person I suppose. Also.. be in a guild, I found that it added a lot of fun (and help).
