Not all will be known until the actual release. ArenaNet will never tell every single thing, that would make less reasons to buy the game.

There definetly is a closed beta. They are just behind in development and needed to realease something so people like us wouldnt get suspicious. Thats my theory.

Personally i think that ArenaNet is behind in their development in the game. There end of the year annoucnment didnt seem very convincing and i think they are going to drag out the release of the release date very long.

Its a good deal. But dont let GW1 change your opinion of GW2. They are going to be very different. GW2 is gonna be amazing and have alot more content then GW1.

This is gonna make the game way more difficult but interesting at the same time. Im playing a warrior so it wont really effect me. But it will effect PVE just as much as PVP.

No, i would not want play an MMO without a solo option. Sometimes i like to enjoy the game by myself where i am the only 1 to blame for anything that can happen.
