Refund successful and account banned, good luck with MO

Just found out that SV banned my account as my dispute has successfully gone through (meaning I got a refund). Just wanted to to wish all the fans good luck on the game. I am not sure if the game will survive for a few months due to everyone leaving because of the bugs and no content. I am just glad I got away from it while I was in the first 60 days to get the refund.
Wish I could say it has been fun, but this game and its development cycle have scared my view of MMO indie developers.
Good luck with this game, it REALLY needs it... 
PS - To the people who are saying I am a fraud or I am frauding SV... do they not know that the game is 60% incomplete and was down for 2 weeks? It sounds more like SV is frauding its customers, but you can decide that.

Its not his first charge back, read his post history. He will be trying for Xsyon refund shortly I am sure.

Please explain why you are saying it is fraud to ask for a refund from a game that is 60% incomplete.

It's not necessarily fraud but multiple charge-backs will have a negative effect on credit ratings. It can be inferred there is a lack of reasoned decisions toward purchases from such behavior.
Where did I do something that is fraudulent? Getting my money back when the game was down for 2 weeks and it is 60% incomplete?
As i know its not your first refund and you inform yourself a lot of about the game, you knew how it would end up and there for want to hurt the image of a company toward paypal / cc companys on purpose and thats why fraud.
You knew it was incomplete before and you planed to do chargeback and thats why it is still fraud.

How did you arrive to that conclusion? Have they provided an extensive list over items yet to be completed?
Essentially: You bought a game. You received a game. You didn't like the game. If the last sentance had been "Game did not work for anyone, at any time", you would not have commited fraud. Since the game clearly works, at least occationally and for some people, you received what you bought and have committed fraud. You better hope the card issuer doesn't feel like looking into the issue.
Its normally up to the bank/credit card company on whether they will allow the chargeback or not, and normally you need to provide some sort of evidence to support your claim. Id be interested in hearing what exactly you told them in order for them to allow the chargeback.

Did Aion, Darkfall, and STO fraud you as well?
Told them the truth. Game was incomplete (provided pictures of blank skill books) I think told them about server downtime, had about 25 links to threads with hundreds of posts about people complaining about the down time. I then informed them about the bugs and gave them pictures of the NPC stacking bug that had been there since block A. I also gave them information about how StarVault said all the systems were in the game at launch, yet most were broken or placeholders.
Want to ask the fans attacking me in this thread, how is that fraud?
Where did you make that up from? I did it on purpose to hurt their paypal or CC? *sigh*
They should have released a working game, but blame it on the customer and not the company producing the game...
As i said you bought this after you already knew about all these things and planned to do chargeback and that is fraud.
Why the hell did you buy the game if you knew it was incomplete? You knew it was incomplete ergo dont buy it.

I don't remember. That is really spotty and in a haze.
Yet you seem to chase them, Mortal, Xyson, what's next? Do you just set sights on whatever looks like it will release the worst?

Don't worry, if Xsyon doesn't work out. I am done with indie developers. Too many bad ones from Darkfall to MO. I am going to stick with companies that know what they are doing, even if they are themepark games. At least they work. I am not going to blindly defend a indie developer hoping they get good eventually.
Mccoy you are wasting your time. The market is starved for a real, working, sandbox game. I've been in the game since block A, and Mccoy has a point here which you all fail to understand. SV missed MULTIPLE launch dates, while selling preorders to the general public promising features that are broken beyond belief, I've seen it myself. This is bait and switch, for one. Two, when did SV EVER reach out to the public to compensate for all of the downtime? A few days of extension? Really?
People also seem to forget how unprofessional this company's actions have been during the last part of development, and that's all I'm going to say about that.
Mccoy, just give it up man and move on. I don't wish this game doom, in fact I hope the game prospers, but you are not going to prove anything to this group. Some people must learn the hard way.
