Refund successful and account banned, good luck with MO

I have never seen a game that was as weak as wet toilet paper get so heavily defended as this one. Its almost like half of the people are personal friends of the developers. I think people are so in love with the idea of what MO could or should have been, that they defend it as if it were a homeless child in the street. They defend MO out of raw emotion and are not going to  concede to anyone that it was a plain crime to release the game. One can lawyer up and use the eula or whatever litanny to defend it, and it can be aquitted just like OJ, but the real fact is, its a piece of shizzle. What it will be down the road has nothing to do with now, this is the worst game launch ever.

No it means you made an extensive effort to keep yourself informed and already had a wellformed opinion of the game. That undermines the whole argument that it did not meet the expectations you had when you made the purchase.

Go rimccoy! I just deleted the game and chalked it up for learning experience of not buying indy games without first seen some kind of review or beta. Glad you had the energy to fight for a charge for this pitiful excuse of an MMOG!

First was a PREORDER...  Back in September, I sent starvault 5 or 6 emails asking for a refund, they never responded...  Failed a dispute as their support is terrible and the CC could not even get them to respond either, I won automatically and got a refund for the box version...

Second was purchasing it after release and finding out the game was completely broken with no content and the server was down 99% of the time, causing me to send in another support ticket, which they NEVER responded to either until I made a post on this forum about the dispute (they like to watch me over here)  CC gave me another refund as I explained to them with screen shots, many links to threads of people complaining and links to bug threads...  CC saw how pathetic their game was and gave me another refund...

 

 

Before and After, completely different circumstances.  Get it now? 

 

Let me sumarize it for you...  again...

 

1st = preorder = no response from SV = automatic refund

2nd = release = game broken/incomplete, server down = refund for false advertising, being broken and down and incomplete

FYI, I think most of the delusional fans from the beginning of closed beta have finally figured out how bad the game has become.  Not enough PR in the world will save this title.  It might as well go F2P with an item mall...

There is nothing wrong with returning your product once, even twice. A problem does occur when you are constantly replying to other people's arguements with the same responses. Not like any of the responses are ilegitimate, but does make you like a bit of a jerk ( no offense intended). Also to everyone else, alot of you are bringing up the same gosh darn argument... Please for arguments sakes, read the whole argument before responding, It makes you sound a bit more intelligent.

I doubt you got a chargeback, and if you did yes its fraud.

Its more likely they dont want you as a customer, and found out who you are Mr. MacCoy.. and btw. hows school going?

 

In case you really did get a chargeback, then you did do fraud to the CC company, and SV shouldnt care, i doubt the Chargeback even hit their pockets, as they can easyly fend your claims off.

You are aware duped items are deleted and people duping are banned most likely perma banned if they exploited it a lot right? Also congratulations on your refund, are you considering purchasing MO for a third time? You seem to still post a lot.

Ive seen niche games running with less then 1k subs for several years and dont see why MO shouldnt be able to do it aswell?

And yes what you have done is fraud, you didnt give any point which proved that you didnt fraud them.

First i thought you were ok. You were disapointed and didnt like the game. So far ok, but after this fraud you lost any little bit credibility you had.
