The mmorpg mail server is down. Simple answer. You don't really have 11 new messages, that's just some glitch in the system since there's no system for what the hell to do when the mail server is offline.

I think it's just poor packing, it wouldn't be the first time I've had to rip a game and run the disc files from my hard drive. I also heard that you can't save somewhere in the game, but I'm not sure on specifics.

There's already a thread pertaining to buddy keys, Vanguard currently does not have a free try. Also, Vanguard has a lower population than both EverQuest and EverQuest II.

Just be lucky that you're able to get in without any crashing problems before you even log in. I've been at this since 3 PM it's 9:33 PM now.

Thanks for your input, Vanillatea. I'm not really into a lot of strategy games, especially not very many RTS. It's the ability to swap around my character's jobs to change different needs and playstyles, that's what keeps me into those games.…

I'm glad that they did this, because of the trial, I am able to try before I buy. I'm impressed with what I did in the first day and I believe I'm going to buy this game before too long.
