Eve is the game for you. It does have the best PvP that I know of but it is very easy to play the game and never participate in PvP or Pking. Stay in Empire space and if some one declares war on your corp, leave until the war is over.

Click on map. Turn on the find Agents option, then check the systems closest to you. In the meanwhile keep using the Agent you have and you will improve your standing, (NB do story line missions always!!!) and you will get more access for Agents.
