You're automatically assigned a server. So it's not as if you really have a choice, i suppose you can keep deleteing and remaking your character until the server you want to play comes up...or if you know someone who plays a server you want to play …

Yes it's english. However, the installer is in Korean. But if you download the beginners guide it guides you through the set up. -Aspen-
