The fact that annoys me is that I don't want to shell out £20 to get a game, then realise it sucks. I don't mind with single players, because it's a one time fee - but with MMOs you'll have to pay anyway.

Best PvP was pre-Renaissance UO. Second best was Shadowbane. Third best was World of Warcraft. Guild Wars sucks because there is no world-PvP. I mean, at least there's SOME in WoW.

Vanguard defines cookie cutter grind. The thing is, the economic success of WoW is making all the COEs go "H44TE!HATEHATEHATEHATEHATEH4TE!!1!!!" and "WAAAANTWAAANTWANAANANT!!!!!1!!" in equal amounts.
