I don't know how you wish to measure the amount of content but if you really think that's important then Everquest and its 18 expansions probably win. Or EVE, the sandbox that kept adding new content systems year over year.

Eh, odd comments. o.O The boars were mentioned because you can find them early and they're simple to fight. Not like anyone is making you fight them. Going directly to groups of 4 humanoids on your own will get you killed though.
